Something handy I discovered today (well actually 3 days ago…) is how to schedule posts in Wordpress. If you are like me you get in a blogging mode and blog a whole bunch in a few days and then disappear for months at a time. Now I can spread out my posts over a longer period of time by telling Wordpress when to post my entries.

It is very easy to do, and built into Wordpress (as far as I know anyway…). All you have to do is edit the timestamp when you create your entry. Just make it for the time you want the entry to be posted and Wordpress takes care if it.

For any Ecto users out there, just click the “Adjust Time” toolbar item and do the same thing when typing up your post.
